LEVELIZED
BILLING
If
you
or
a
member
of
your
family
use
an
electrical
life-sustaining
device
in
your
home,
call
and
make
sure
we
are
aware
of
it.
We
will
know
there’s
someone
in
your
home
who
may
need
special
assistance
when
power
cannot
be
restored
promptly.
For

information

Lighting
gives
your
home
extra
protection
from
theft
or
burglary.
Security
lights
also
allow
you
to
spend
more
time
outdoors.
We
will
install
and
maintain
a
security
light
at
any
location
on
your
property
that
is
readily
accessible
to
EPB’s
construction
and
maintenance
crews
for
a
nominal
monthly
fee.
This
program
is
for
social
security
and
disability
customers.
It
will
allow
those
customers
to
pay
their
electric
bill
after
they
get
their
checks
without
a
late
charge.
To
qualify,
an
applicant
must
be
a
residential
customer,
and
the
request
must
be
for
his
or
her
primary
residence.
The
program
does
not
prevent
a
customer
from
receiving
a
delinquent
notice,
nor
does
it
prevent
disconnection
for
non-payment.
It
does,
however,
give
qualified
customers
a
due
date
that
coincides
with
their
checks. |
